Far from your normal retail experience. Offering a personal service. Our collections are made for the modern man, with an eye for style. Aiming to stock a styles that satisfy an outfit for every occasion.

Basic Salary: £22,500
OTE (store performance - bonus range): Up-to £27,500

The Role:
You will... love speaking to customers, selling with exceptional service! Flexibility is key as our store runs 7 days a week.

What does a day look like:
Helping style customers, unpack new stock, answering calls, answering emails, help brides and grooms, assist with online orders. All of the team will help keep our showroom store to a high standard.

About You:
- Be able to deliver a 1-2-1 customer experience
- Multi tasking abilities
- Able to work under pressure (Saturday's are known to be busy)
- Work as part of a team for each other
- An eye for style and trends
- masters degree in good crack (joke)
- Good phone manner
- Take pride in your appearance

Location:
- Usually in our Jesmond (NE2 4RP) Location however may be occasionally required in Durham (parking available at both locations)

Hours:
- Rota provided on a monthly basis
- Arrive 15-30 minutes before opening hours (https://suitculture.co.uk/pages/showroom-newcastle)
- Usually Working 5 days a week (occasionally 6 for holiday cover)
- Flexibility is essential you will be required to work a mixture of weekend / weekdays.

Holidays:
- Standard entitlement (this includes mandatory closure around seasonal holidays)

Expectations and Qualifications:
- IT Skills are essential
