Next Day Dispatch - (1-2 working days) UK Mainland £7.50
Orders must be placed before 2pm to guarantee next day dispatch first class signed for. Any next day orders completed after 2pm Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
Standard Economy - 3-5 Working Days £4.95
Saturday Before 12 - Orders must be placed before 3pm to guarantee next day dispatch first class signed for before 12. Any next day orders completed after 2pm Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
How to return your online order?
If you are not fully satisfied with your goods, our customers have up to 14 days (after receipt of goods) to return the product(s) to us for a refund or exchange after trying them on. Returns are only authorized if the product(s) come back in the same condition as received, with original tags attached and placed back in original packaging. Products must be returned to us in a re-saleable condition (If we deem the item not in a re-saleable condition then unfortunately you will not be refunded). Additionally, if the tags have been removed this deems the item non-refundable.
All returns are quality checked – material, marks and odour. Items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and wherever possible sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.
If we are unable to exchange your order for an alternative size you will be automatically issued with a refund.
If you receive faulty goods, you may also have a right to return these goods and to ask us to repair or replace them or get a refund within the 14 day period.

How can I return my order?
We do not provide free returns, however we allow one FREE exchange on full price items per customer based in the UK and Ireland (sale items aren't eligible for free exchanges). For the rest of the world postage fees still apply. If you require a different size then we will send the item for no additional cost. To return your order to us we ask you complete the paperwork provided. If the paperwork has been misplaced then include a document stating your name, address and the item you are returning.
If we have to arrange return shipping this will be done by our couriers with postage labels provided. Receipts will not be accepted from high street post office where the customer chooses freight options.

Please allow 14 working days from our receipt of the parcel for your items to be refunded. The amount will be the RRP of items (excluding delivery cost) deposited back onto the payment method used.
