Single Order Limit please note that in our commitment to providing exceptional service, we've implemented a policy regarding multiple orders with items of the same size (that aren't for wedding groups). Due to parcel weight and product insurance cover putting the customer and retailer at risk.
While we understand the convenience of ordering multiple items to try on at home, we kindly request that customers make considered choices to reduce unnecessary returns. This ensures stock availability and fairness to all our customers and helps us maintain the quality of our service.

Returning your online order?
Unable to exchange - If we are unable to exchange your order for an alternative size you will be automatically issued with a refund.
Return for Refund - If you are not fully satisfied with your goods, our customers have up to 14 days (after receipt of goods) to return the product(s) to us for a refund or exchange after trying them on. Returns are only authorised if the product(s) come back in the same condition as received, with original tags attached and placed back in original packaging neatly. Additionally, if the tags have been removed this deems the item non-refundable. (If we deem the item not in a re-saleable condition then unfortunately you will not be refunded).

All returns are quality checked – Remember suits can get damaged when poorly packaged creased / stained. Any suits that aren’t in a re-saleable condition will either be returned or incur a cleaning fee.
Faulty Goods - If you receive faulty goods, you may also have a right to return these goods and to ask us to repair or replace them or get a refund within the 14 day period.
How can I return my order?
We do not provide free returns, however we allow one FREE exchange on full price items per customer based in the UK and Ireland (sale items aren't eligible for free exchanges). For the rest of the world postage fees still apply. If you require a different size then we will send the item for no additional cost. To return your order to us we ask you complete the paperwork provided. If the paperwork has been misplaced then include a document stating your name, address and the item you are returning.
International Return
If we have to arrange return shipping this will be done by our couriers with postage labels provided. Receipts will not be accepted from high street post office where the customer chooses freight options.

Refunds
Please allow 14 working days from our receipt of the parcel for your items to be refunded. The amount will be the RRP of items (excluding delivery cost) deposited back onto the payment method used.
